A year ago I started this blog as a way to express myself, but it was daunting to say the least, and I often felt discouraged and judged despite the positive feedback I received. Because my first year blogging included sharing much more personal difficulties than I originally intended, I plan to continue sharing my journey battling mental health, along with sharing other updates about my life.
However, I also want to hear from you. I’ve had many people reach out to me over the last year unsure about starting a blog, not wanting to publish under their name, or just wanting to share their story but not finding a reason to begin a blog. I want to give you a place to share these stories, to show others your struggles and triumphs, and to create a community where we all can support and uplift each other through our successes and failures.
